Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Super Tools ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zano Studio regarding your use of the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Super Tools. If you are under 13, you may not download or use the app.

License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zano Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Super Tools for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its underlying systems.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the app.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Zano Studio. This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of these restrictions.

In-app purchases & subscriptions

Super Tools offers optional Premium upgrades via in-app purchases, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and are subject to change.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not expire.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy; we do not process refunds directly.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change Premium features at any time. If we materially reduce the value of a lifetime purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or remedy.

Advertisements

The free version of Super Tools displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of such ads.

• Ads may be displayed as banners or interstitials within the app.
• Google may use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads.
• You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or Google Ads Settings.
• Purchasing Premium removes all advertisements from the app.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it to us and to Google directly.

User conduct

You agree to use Super Tools only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the app to generate, distribute, or store illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass Premium restrictions or unlock paid features without purchasing.
• Using the app's camera or file tools to capture or distribute content that violates others' privacy.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious code through file-sharing features.
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these rules.

Intellectual property

Super Tools and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by Zano Studio, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• The Super Tools name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of Zano Studio.
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
• Feedback you provide about the app may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Any files, notes, or data you create using the app's tools belong to you. We claim no ownership over your user-generated content.

Third-party services

Super Tools may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party services that are not owned or controlled by Zano Studio. These include:

• Google Play Services — for app distribution, billing, and ads.
• Google AdMob — for serving advertisements.
• Currency Converter API — for fetching live exchange rates.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that Zano Studio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read them before using those services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Super Tools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zano Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the app or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained within the app for any purpose.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The app will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the app (including tool outputs like measurements, calculations, or currency conversions) will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the app will be corrected.
• The app is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zano Studio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the app.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the app.
• Any content obtained from the app.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Reliance on any tool output (measurements, calculations, conversions, etc.) for critical decisions.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the app (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zano Studio and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the app.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your use of the app caused damage to a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may also stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app from your device terminates your use but does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions — you must cancel those through the Google Play Store.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (for example, via an in-app message or app store update notes).

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the app.
